With a decade-long journey spanning the dynamic realms of the fashion industry, I’ve traversed every node of its intricate network – from the trenches of manufacturing to the strategic heights of retail sourcing. Starting my career as a diligent merchandiser, I gradually ascended the ranks to assume the mantle of a Merchandise Manager, where I honed my skills in product development, Sales budgeting, trend forecasting, demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, price optimization, and market analysis.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of leading and inspiring diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment. Through effective leadership, I’ve driven impactful results and nurtured the growth of individuals within the organization.
Fuelled by a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends, I am embarking on an exciting new chapter – one that transcends disciplinary boundaries and seeks to harness the power of data science. It’s a thrilling convergence where creativity meets analytics, where intuition is augmented by insights, and where innovation reshapes the fundamental structure of the fashion industry.
My mission now is to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation, leveraging data-driven methodologies to revolutionize the way we design, produce, and consume fashion. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and predictive analytics, I aim to unlock new frontiers of efficiency, sustainability, and consumer engagement in the fashion Industry.
For this aim, I launched this website on 9th July’2023 to guide how data science can be implemented in the fashion industry. I have written about Python, and statistics which is necessary for data science only. Also, I have explained machine learning algorithms, deep learning, SQL, etc.
